This is the second time I have used Justin Abreu for my current home. It is so nice to work with someone who is open and honest. There is no hidden anything! Sometimes the loan process can seem stressful, but not at all when I work with Essex--- the process is quick and simple.
Essex runs your credit, you review and upload some documents and bam you are funded. Essex offered the best rate and by far the quickest closing time (others were quoting twice as long)! Both Justin and Laura were easy to reach and I could ask as many questions as I wanted.
I definitely recommend Essex to anyone who is buying a home or refinancing!
