I was impressed with lack of pressure to purchase extras like extended warranty. We noticed a dent on the bumper that we had not noticed before and they offered to fix it at a later date. The other options were either not making the deal, or we would have gone through with the deal, but we would have been disappointed. Happy with their decision to fix the dent.
