I would advise against engagement with this employ...

I would advise against engagement with this employer. Originally brought on as a 3-Month Contract to hire position which later resulted in 8 months of contract. "Not Good Enough" to be hired full time, but good enough to keep hanging around under contract.

A Great way to get productive labor without having to pay associated benefits.
CBT was A great place to work, but this wasn't cool. Hire someone or don't, we all have lives to live.
