My family and I recently stayed at the Lotte Tower...

My family and I recently stayed at the Lotte Towers we had booked a corner suite in the towers and did so for the view, location and contemporary look of the suite online. Upon check in we were told we were upgraded to an amazing room that was indeed better than the one we had, not!! The room was big and the views great but that s where it stopped. The room was old, carpet and furniture stained and many outlets didn t work. I called and asked to be moved and was told our room was already taken. My assumption was that my room was easier to rent during to holiday season and they assumed we would great full and not so smart southern travelers. I was told I would be contacted the next day for a resolution and was not. I reached out to the General Manager, Rebecca Hubbard and still no response. No one cared.
When I returned hone I found that an employee of my wife s had sent her a gift to the hotel, when she inquired she was told that they were busy and it would get done, days later she received a refund on her credit card, she inquired and was told they were too busy to get the gift to my wife

Bottom line, we will never stay at the Lotte again, we travel often and to New York yearly. This hotel is not the place if you are looking for any service beyond the room service staff which is the only reason I rated a 2.
