There is no benefit of booking with them. They stated that they were giving us an OBC but they did not. The cruiseline was giving OBC so crucon reduced the OBC that the cruiseline was giving everyone to say that their OBC was in conjuction with the cruise line OBC. Other travel agencies state they are giving you OBC really do give you OBC in addition to the cruiselines OBC. Plus crucon charges a cancellation fee...find an agency that can truly offer OBC and does charge a cancellation fee...they are out there. I am stupid for trying crucon and not staying with my usual agency.
