Kenny was prompt in arriving. Worked on the job with the A/C & finished in about 1/2 hour. He was very pleasant & also took time at points in his work to explain things we could do to improve the A/C-furnace performance. He also showed us how to make maintenance easier for us. In all, we'd love to have him the next time we need service.
