The cafe is poorly staffed and food over priced, my order was taken wrong and my husband had to wait for his food to be cooked while we ate and even though the man who took the order said sorry, the blame was put on us and he was quick to point out how we were in the wrong even though I had a witness to what I ordered, when my husband's burger was finally brought to the table it wasn't hot, so the rest of the visit was sadly effected after lunch. For the actual Cadbury visit, there isn't much for little kids to access, we went to meet up with friends, so that was the only good part of the day, I don't think there is enough to do for the money you pay to get in, plus you have to.pay for any extras you do, I.e. photos, Cadbury bags to carry the 3 bars of free choc you get and other sections of the experience. Also we found quite a few things along the way weren't working, so I definitely wouldn't recommend, esp if you have to drive along way like we did.
