Had Sunday brunch. Dissapointing to say the least...

Had Sunday brunch. Dissapointing to say the least. It took 10 minutes or so to pour coffee eventhough there was waitstaff walking around and it was not very busy. We had to flag people down to refill water or coffee. Alot of the food had been sitting around for a while.
