Unacceptable company, nonexistent after sales, indifferent staff, MAKRY. I had got an air conditioner brand AMERICOOL, after 5 years broke down the remote control, so I called them to see if they could supply me. Well because the gentlemen are exclusive dealers in greece, they think they have us all tied up and they asked me for a 50 check !!!!! If it has your God ... A track worth $ 5, look it up on ebay and other sites. So to avoid unpleasant situations ... Stay away ...
