H&M has lost almost everything for me over the years.
Quality, taste, kindness, and desire to sell.
The fault is not of the shop assistants (perhaps paid a pittance) but of the clothes.
You walk into H&M and the only smell you can smell is the plastic stench of clothes. But are there still people who buy them?
