Called up and left a message with my details about my car and the problems I was having since I bought it. He called me back less than 2 hrs later. I talked with him on the phone for 15 minutes about it, and he asked me alot of questions, and he also guided me through all the steps I needed to take to cover myself to make sure the dealer would fix it under warranty and the time constraints I have for making a claim. The thing that stands out for me when I talked to him was his passion. Some lawyers go through the motions just to get paid, others like him care about resolving a bad situation.
