I wasted $25 on the application. They didn't care...

I wasted $25 on the application. They didn't care that I had the income they wanted. They didn't care that I received a GREAT LANDLORD REFERENCE. They didn't care that I am leaving from a place paying $700 a month for rent and $290 a month for a car note so $550 was more than manageable. They cared that I had a past due balance from 3 yrs ago on my credit report from Sprint. That has nothing to do with my ability to pay my rent. That balance was due to me allowing someone to use my name. I had no evictions or utility bills that were due in my name or past due. I hate when companies won't take the time to give you a chance, and make you waste valuable money on the bogus applications. If you want to rent something, but have ANYTHING past due on your credit please do not go thru this company.
