This hotel seems understaffed: (1) Power went off - took about 4 hours to get room power working again (2) had to track down maintenance, was told someone would fix in 10 minutes, 3 hours later, I had to again ask front desk to send someone (3) no one answered the phones at the front desk multiple times (4) room service took about an hour longer to send food up then promised
