My husband called to request a hold on a motorcycle at 10:20 am this morning. The guy at Cities Edge took down all of his information but said he didn t need to make a down payment because he would be coming in same day to purchase the bike. My husband made the appointment for 3 pm (same day). We both took a half day off from work and drove an hour one way with three young children. When we showed up at 3:05 pm, my husband was informed that the bike he had placed a hold on had been sold. A guy had walked in an hour earlier and they just assumed it was my husband and sold the bike. This company had my husbands name, address, drivers license number...everything they would have needed to verify the correct person was purchasing the held bike. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company, especially if you need a hold placed in order to make that purchase.
