I first went to UCMED June 2021 and saw Dr. Kelly....

I first went to UCMED June 2021 and saw Dr. Kelly. I told him everything I was experiencing, and have been going through a far as my headaches and sleep deprivation. I had an MRI, blood work etc. Yet I never saw or heard from him again!
Next I saw Dr. Borreli, I explained everything that was going on and the amount of pain I was going through. Again lack of sleep, headaches continued as did phone calls to the doctor, nurses. Had a sleep study unbeknownst to me, the sleep study was not successful. Still can't sleep and also still have headaches I sent messages and numerous call to to UCMED about my concerns. The doctor NEVER called didn't prescribed me new medications, yet I got a call to refill previous medication that didn't work on me and I specifically told the nurse it was not working. One week later still no call from the doctor or the nurse. She said "I will call you after the sleep study" which call never came. I'm so disappointed in the mattee. I was NOT TREATED nor my concerns or pain Iam in, were not heard. I will never go back there or refer anyone to that hospital.
