We were LOYAL customers, had a membership and ever...

We were LOYAL customers, had a membership and everything.... apparently that means nothing to this company. We scheduled a yearly maintenance OVER A MONTH AGO, took off work, made arrangements and so on... they emailed yesterday to confirm, i called them to confirm last night and THIS morning, 2 hours before my appointment, they called to tell me that other clients have taken priority and they may be able to still "squeeze me in" they just don't know when. I had an appointment.... then they wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, they told me she would tell me the same thing. I am furious over this - but that's fine, COOL CLIMATE in Burleson was able to fit me in today no problem. I will NEVER call A #1 again.
