Best hotel excellent hospitality member of staff are amazing friendly very helpful from arrival to departure u get treated like a Queen.. Me and my family had an amazing time specially my One years old toddler her first time in Mauritius she had the most fantastic time at Lux resort Grand Gaube from the coffee department staff Satish.. karuna and another lady they make amazing coffee.. @ Bodrum blue restaurant Shameem.. Purnima..Fred and rest were fantastic very helpful excellent customer service... Food is amazing.. In Dinning Room service they were very understanding when it comes to make baby food they made such good food for my baby that she ate it within minutes no fuss no mess thank you chef... Management at reception Mr David and The tall guy they were very professional exceptional service they do spoiled you there s nothing negative about this hotel I can think of if there s one I would say my stay was too short lol wish I had booked for longer... Close your eyes and book this Hotel and trust me you won t regret the hotel itself gives u so much to do that you won t feel leaving the hotel at any time.. Thank you Lux Hotel Grand Gaube and all the staff who been looking after us Room 3017 it has been a pleasure being part of Lux Guest.... kind Regard
