It seemed really good at first got great customer service when they're selling it to you but after the fact that goes horribly wrong my 72 year old mother is sitting right now with nothing to drive for the last 4 days because she bought her truck in on something they did and they just dropped her off at her house 50 miles away and said he will call you when it's ready 4 days later nobody called finally I picked up the phone to call today because my mother has a great grandkids and has to be able to get around when I called everybody seem little concerned so yeah we'll get to it when we get to it not what I want to hear. somebody will get to it today . four days ago you should have told me that I have a family that's continually buys cars from Nissan I think this is the third one between my brothers and my mother and I'm hopefully convince them this will be the last one this is bad customer service and seemed like every time we show up for warranty service something new to be taxed that wasn't covered by the warranty the warranty is a joke I just hope that my mother can get her truck and and trade it for something else thanks a lot Nissan for the great customer service. Not like the lady said you answer the phone I know you're frustrated but there's nothing I can do about it and then she transferred me to someone else abruptly not hold on. Please wait I just want to talk to you so here's someone else buying a car is an important choice make sure you pick somebody who actually cares about you after you buy and obviously Nissan is not that
