As a customer of Scrum Alliance, I have mixed feelings about the company. While they provide some useful resources and training materials, I have found their customer support to be lacking. It often takes a long time to get a response and when I do, it is not always helpful. Additionally, their website can be confusing to navigate and find the information I need. However, I appreciate that they are trying to promote agile methodologies and provide a platform for professionals to connect and learn from each other.
