I recently ordered some packaging materials from this company and I found their customer service to be quite satisfactory. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit disappointing. The quality of the packaging materials is good, but I wish there were more options available. Overall, it’s an average experience. The company needs to work on their delivery speed and product variety to improve customer satisfaction. The website is user-friendly, but could benefit from more detailed product descriptions. I would consider ordering from them again if they make some improvements. 🙂
