My Tacoma hit its first 5000 miles on Friday. I called Toyota of Orlando to schedule my very first Toyota Care appointment. The staff got me in the next morning which was the best time for me. I met with the most kind and pleasant staff that made me think that I had selected the best place for the schedule maintenance. I was provided with prompt service and we discussed some minor discoloration on both side view mirrors. The Service Coordinator informed me that he would see what he could do. The Toyota Care service was completed within a hour much faster than the other Toyota Dealership I had used for the scheduled service for my wife's vehicle. I was very surprised and pleased when I was closing the service contract with the Service Coordinator who informed me that the parts for the side view mirrors were ordered and they will arrive on Tuesday. I was asked to contact the him on Tuesday to schedule the warranty work at my convenience. The Service Coordinator acted immediately upon the warranty work without any hesitation or using excuses to try to avoid making the necessary repairs to my Tacoma. This was the best service that I have ever received and highly recommend Toyota of Orlando to anyone needing vehicle repair work. This dealership is an excellent place for either buying or servicing your vehicle.A five (5) star organization. MJB 10/10/20
