I had an average experience with the Tookany/Tacony-Frankford Watershed Partnership. The services provided were satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. The staff members were polite and knowledgeable. However, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of communication. Overall, it was an okay experience with this organization.
