I went here with a friend that had never been, I had been there a few times but I believe some things changed or it was my own fault for not reading correctly. We came across this lady called Ciara, she had a frown on her face like she didn't want to be there, we waited a bit in line not aware we were supposed to sign up first( I thought that was for racing only), so we had to go and wait in line again and we got to her again and same thing nasty attitude no smile, no help, no have a nice day or anything, every other employee was nice. It was unfortunately to run into someone like her especially since it was my friends FIRST TIME there. So already a bad impression since she was who we got the packages from. Retrain this Ciara girl, I've worked customer service and people like her make me not want to come back to the place. She's the face of the company, so she either has to get it together, or she shouldn't work customer service whatsoever. If it wasn't for her I would've given higher rating since everything else was great.
