I has involved in a car crash with a policy holder for this company **February 9th, it is **May 4th and I have NOT been paid for my damages. I was not at fault, their representatives are NEVER there, they never answer calls, unprofessional, rude and careless. My damages were estimated for about $600, easily $300 under what my actual damages are. WORST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER. if you are ever hit pray to God they don't have United. They also never sent the correct paper work to be filled out and my adjuster Jennifer never calls back.

Also filed a complaint with BBB.
