This hospital is a nightmare. Every time I've been to the ER with loved ones, something happens. On my most recent visit, we came here because my sis has been having nausea and vomiting for about 3 weeks now. They looked at her and then discharged her because they saw no reason to keep her. Well, she gets to the waiting area and has to run to the washroom to vomit. She had blood in her vomit so she told them she wasn't well to leave and needed to be seen. The lady at front desk, D'eandra Ireland to be exact, said she didn't have to check back in. That she would be called soon. To wait. Wasn't until I saw time was passing that I got up and asked what was taking so long. By this time, there had already been shift change. Turns out they never put her back in the system and said she should have checked back in. This place is a straight joke for an emergency room!! Don't bring your loved ones here if you truly care for them.
