1 is too generous. Called them up. Call was answered while i was speaking i was transfered to someone else. when they answered they didn't know who was best to speak to. then said "okay, bye". no help or assistance.
Shocked to see that these can proudly put British Airways, WHSmith, MAG, National Trust and BBC Worldwide on their page as customers.
