Unfortunately, DHCD re-assigned my HPAP loan to this company during the summer in 2020. My first payment was due on 07/01 which I paid on time. I subsequently paid my monthly payments on the following dates: 08/05, 09/01, 10/05. Since August the monthly bill states that I am 30 days late. How is is possible if I just paid the first month? So, I called them on August and they said there was a billing error and it will be resolved on September's bill. As you can imagine, It happened again in September, so I called again and they said that it was fixed. October is here, same issue and they charged me a late fee which was deducted from the additional principal amount that I included in my payment. Today, October 29, I called again and I received the same answer " I don't know why this is happening but we can't fix it in customer care and I don't have any other number to transfer you". What's the point of having customer service if they can't fix billing issues. There is not billing department or manager to take care of this billing issue. In the meantime, I do not know if they have reported me and my credit is affected. Horrible services and I still do not know what to do! So frustrating.
