I took my 2014 RTP in for a clutch and Pat in the service department helped me out. I'm a certified mechanic, but didn't have the time or facilities to cut this bike in half to change the clutch and learn all the pitfalls of what can go wrong.

Pat is knowledgeable and was very communicative through the process. He let me know about everything else they found and gave me an opportunity in advance to tell him what I would and would not like to have fixed. I liked that and he was very helpful with providing info to me even on the items I asked him not to repair.

It was expensive, but good work often is. I am a happy customer and can vouch for Pat and his team doing a good job and making sure I got my money's worth out of what I paid them
