I'm sorry but there is NO EXCUSE for the wait at this office. A scheduled 2:30 appointment and it is now 3:52 and we still haven't been seen. UNACCEPTABLE. If you can't stay on track call the patient and let them know you are behind. Maybe don't schedule so many appointments if you can't accommodate your patients. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. If you want to spend your day waiting.... come to Gastroenterology Associates of West Michigan. You will spend your entire day waiting for an appointment you were scheduled for. I had to give this one star otherwise it wouldn't let me post, but you are really a zero star institution. Start focusing on your patient satisfaction.
