I placed two orders for Christmas delivery. Both orders were received timely; however, one of the DVD's did not work. I emailed customer service at 7pm and they responded promptly with a fed x label for return of the DVD and films. They made the turn around very quick to ensure I had the second order in time for Christmas. Honestly, have never had such great customer service. They were 16mm films that my Mother had and she was worried that we were sending them to someone we didn't know. I forwarded to her the emails that Southtree sends updating the status of your order. My Mother now trust Southtree. We three more orders in process at Southtree.
