Stay away from this fraudulent company. They will promise the world and deliver on none of it. After being mislead at the new home orientation, it has been 15 months and our punch list is still incomplete. We are promised something from one manager and then denied it by another. No continuity in warranty managers because they fire them for trying to help the customer. Be prepared for them to cut off communication as soon as you try to hold them accountable for their shoddy work. They cut corners everywhere and will look for any excuse to say that it is within acceptable limits. We have door trim that is 3/4 inch off the floor on one side but they say that is acceptable. In what universe?! We don't have a clean wall seam anywhere. Did anyone sand anything before the shoddy paint job that doesn't even cover the drywall mud?! Not from what we see. They can't even get countertops to meet the wall. We sent in a 12 page list of items that needed attention. They have so far refused to fix most of them. As stated earlier. Stay away from this unprofessional company!
