I got called in for an interview for hardware and ...

I got called in for an interview for hardware and networking technical support post at Concentrix.
But after waiting for about 2 hours, and an introduction round in a group, all they offered was Customer service, voice and non voice and said that to get 3. 5 in AMCAT is tough. When I argued that I could takeup the AMCAT, they said it would be a waste of time to wait for results and all.

If so why waste time by sending mails offering tech support when you require otherwise!! My whole day was wasted anyway.
