I have a simple question regarding a house that I purchased three months ago so I called the appraisal district line and spoke to Mary Ann. She cannot be more rude on the phone, extremely short patience, and at the end she didn't wait until I finish my sentence before puts me on hold. I honestly haven't seem such lack of customer skill representative for years. Perhaps Collin County should consider record all phone lines? After all, we're the tax payers, we paid thousands of dollars each year in exchange for this kind of "service"? It's a joke!
