All stays here have been more than FANTASTIC LOVED this hotel from my first London trip in 1994. Then I was a teenager and what I was & my brother who had a room in about 2v! Then I / we returned to this hotel several times, even my father and mother and I and my best friend ALWAYS booked this hotel over and over again! Great price, wonderful location, great staff and so big & beautiful, it was a sense of luxury and joy mixed with everything positive at once :) Until one day we would go again about 8 years ago approx, and couldn't book via the travel agency anymore ... Oh not in any other way either then unfortunately .. So I & my partner got to take a completely different hotel ... Totally different from this dream hotel in London .. But we went in and checked in - and I could show my beloved partner this hotel hsn heard so much about. (Think they were "rebuilding" then electricity something like that) Then I was told that it was closed .. sadly enough .. But this fantastic hotel forever has a great place in my heart. So even in my family's. It was a FANTASTIC FINE HOTEL! And never any hassle with ANYTHING! Can hardly understand how this hotel was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good, and basically all of the "sights" etc in London. A Fresh & Wonderful Hotel. Wish sooo that there was still today!
