WORST experience of my life by far!

WORST experience of my life by far!
Brought the car in for warranty repair(KIA) the car was held for 2 months with no loaner option.
Vehicle was damaged/hit while in their possession. Dealership refused to fix the part they hit/broke. When I asked to speak to a manager the representative refused to do so. He informed me the manager would call me. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me 2 months later.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!
