Unfortunately I did not seem to have the same luck as the other reviewers. I went in for a meeting with a junior and senior recruiter, as well as the owner of the company. The process felt very thorough and assessed what I was looking for, but they did not seem to be interested in helping me find a position after my initial meeting even though they told me directly I was well-qualified for particular roles I was looking for. I contacted one of the recruiters for a couple positions they listed, but I never heard back. The only time I heard from them was likely two months after my finish initial meeting, when I had already found a job myself! Perhaps I should've been more aggressive in getting them to help me, though I don't appreciate them essentially ghosting me after our first meeting. Personally, I feel my time was wasted. I would've appreciated them letting me know they couldn't help me so I could've gone to another recruiter who could've.
