I ordered and received quickly 20 N95 masks. At first use one strap came immediately unglued. I called the company. The "press zero for immediate assistance" prompt produced a long want and an eventual cut off. On second and third tries the "press zero" route gave a "that number is unavailable." I sense that I made bad decision to buy them based on what I read to be a favorable newspaper article. I do not trust the remaining masks to stay glued if I were to venture forts with one. This might be an isolated case, but, alas, it is my case.
