I placed an order for raised-ink business cards on white linen card stock. Submitted the artwork, received a quote and was told the order would be ready in 5 days. Ten days went by with no notification of the order being ready or even a status update.
Finally called to check on the order and was THEN told that they were having trouble printing the cards due to our logo being to small and that raised ink order take "a lot longer" than others. There was NO phone call or email of any kind letting me know that they needed a larger logo to complete the order. Only found out when I called TEN DAYS after placing the order.
After emailing a new logo to them, I received an immediate response from Troy (the owner I presume) calling me out for "eluding blame" for my order not being immediately available and telling me that their lack of timely production was my fault due to the small logo and that I needed to respect them. No mention in his response eluding to their lack of communication being the problem.
Would not recommend this company.
