Nightmare phone system! Makes simple phone calls a real exercise in frustration. Always a recording, with too many options, long wait time, and then when I finally spoke to someone they put me on hold and the line was disconnected. I had to call back and start over. Bad customer service. The recordings always sound like they "care" about the patient. The feeling is that we are being treated like cattle. There are other places that are more user friendly.
