I never write reviews. EVER. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a mortgage company. Their website works intermittently and I was on hold for an hour to speak with customer service after my loan was transferred to PHH. I was unable to make a payment without being charged a $7.50 service fee. I could not do it by phone nor on the computer without this fee being assessed. Supposedly I will be able to make a payment only after I choose the paperless option. Once I did this they told me to try again in 48 hours. I've never heard of such a thing...charging people to make a payment. Terrible terrible company to interact with.
