The 200hour Yoga Teacher Training course at the Yoga Zone was the highlight of my year last year!!! I am forever enriched by the Yoga Philosophy (my fave), the daily guided meditation sessions with Oprah & Deepak and the introduction to the different types of Yoga through dedicated and devoted senior Yoga Teachers. The facilities are modern, spacious and sterile. I recommend this course to anyone looking for personal growth and self- development.
