One of the worst hotelI have ever been to. A friend of mine have booked a room thereto do her bridal makeup, however, the hotel administration forced her to pay an extra 650 LE as a permission for the make up artist to enter the hotel. WTH the fees was as much as the room rental?? The stupidest thing is that they didn t inform her previously when she was booking the room!! When my friend have objected their policy for forcing her to pay extra fees, the security treated her with disrespect and even worse the security have arrogantly threatened her that if you do not like the policy of the hotel, you can get the hell outta here!! .

The room service is not professional at all! They just broke in and disrespect our privacy.
