Very sad with customer service. I have been a Symmons customer since 2012 using their products on my personal residence and in flips. I try to sponsor local business as much as possible since I live in MA. Had an issue in my personal residence that I had to renovate my master bathroom, I needed a new temporal diverter plastic plate to attached the trim and customer service took for ever to reply and then told me that I needed to purchase the part from a website. After looking at the website I had to purchase all the trims to be able to get the plastic plate to finish my master bathroom. These plastic plates have a small tab at the bottom the holds the trim agains the wall and they break very easy. Very disappointment that I can get this part from the manufacture and or that I need to purchase the whole diverter trim.
