Nice place, but not good at follow-up or honest in...

Nice place, but not good at follow-up or honest in financial dealings. Had an erroneous incidental charge to my room with no notification and failure to refund a room deposit to this day having checked out last week with a zero balance. Very nice frontdesk staff, but horrible back office and manager once you leave the place.
