I purchased a jeep from this dealership in March 2...

I purchased a jeep from this dealership in March 2016. From day one my experience was a complete nightmare. I was lied to about the inspection that had been done to the jeep I was purchasing, which was a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Sport 4x4. It took three days to process all of the paperwork. Once we receive a call that the jeep was ready to pick up and to sign the paperwork. We went to the dealership believing that our vehicle had been detailed and was ready to go. But that just wasn't the case. Once we got to the dealership to sign the documents and to pick up the jeep. We were informed by the sales manager Marcus that detail shop was really busy because 6 other people had purchased vehicles after us. And that our vehicle was not detailed and ready for pick up. We then explain to the sales manager that this has been a three day process, and that we would just take the vehicle dirty and without the tank being filled. The sales manager stated that he would have the salesman pull the vehicle around to the front for us. An hour later we are still sitting in the show room. Once we were taken to the finance department to sign the sales agreement. We were greeted by the Financial Cordinator who was rude and smelled like he'd been smoking ******* Once we were in his office signing paperwork he try to force us into taking gap insurance. We explained to him we were not interested. He then took a piece of paper out and started drawing stick figures and a picture of a vehicle. And stated "obviously you do not understand, so I will draw you a picture". I am a college graduate....... I don't need someone treating me as though I am ignorant At this point we were so upset with the whole situation we only wanted to get out of the dealership as soon as possible. After leaving the financial Cordinator's office we were given the keys to the vehicle. We went out to the jeep which was dirty and the gas tank was on empty. We noticed that the back window to the soft top was ripped. The dealership stated that they would order a new one and would call us when it was in. Frustrated, and extremely irritated we agreed to leave with the vehicle in the state that it was in. When we purchased this vehicle it was explained to us that the vehicle had an inspection and was certified for an extended warranty. Since the time that we purchased this vehicle we have had it in the shop a total of 8 times for the same problem. The vehicle still has the problem, and the service department refuses to acknowledge the problem and fix it. I suspect because it is a warranty part, and the mechanics are paid less for warranty work. I have been in contact with the service manager and he has been less than professional. My jeep has been in the shop, more than driven. We are at the point now of trading it in to another dealership. I am uncertain as to who is making the good reviews for this dealership. Maybe staff's family and friends????Because my experience has been a living nightmare. I will never, ever...........Purchase another vehicle from this dealership!
