I placed an order and didn't received the items on...

I placed an order and didn't received the items on time so I decided to cancel my order. I called Furniture@work every week and sent an email everyweek as well. I never received any reply and I am still waiting my refund. It will be very much appreciate that Funriture@work will improve theur customer services
