Our salesman, Mack, was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to answer any questions we had or was wiling to research to find the answer. He was very patient throughout the entire process and we never felt pressured to make a decision - which was very important to us. We worked with Mack on and off over a two month time period until the right vehicle was found.
