I used Westkin's services to process my wife's settlement application from June to September 2013. My wife (Feifei) is Chinese and had overstayed her student visa in the UK by circa 12 months.

I approached Westkin with a very limited and generally ill-advised knowledge of our legal position. The majority of my concerns were alleviated during our introductory appointment with Amir and Amy. Amir clarified in simple terms what needed to happen in order for Feifei to remain in the UK. Upon appointment we were provided a comprehensive check-list which detailed the information required to ensure the success of the application.

Westkin went beyond the realms of their responsibility without hesitation by providing us assurance and support when difficult situations arose due to Feifei s situation (moving home/obtaining marriage licence). We also used the multilingual services that Westkin offers and my wife was able to communicate with them in her native mandarin.

Ultimately with the assistance of Westkin we were able to compile a water-tight application which I had no doubt met all of the UKBA s requirements. Westkin s advisers are friendly, positive and have the ability to convey their advice in a way which is easy to understand. I have no hesitation in recommending Westkin s services to anyone in a situation similar to mine.
