Agrace is immoral & disgraceful & NOT Christian values. Agrace nurses got very angry when patient sought treatment for non-terminal illnesses & interfered with her hospital treatment by requesting more drugs be given to patient than the hospital recommends. Family members had constantly conflict with Agrace nurses who over-medicate & act like they can't wait for death to occur with patients. Nurses didn't treat customers like clients & didn't do anything to meet client needs. One horrible night staff head nurse was a me-me-me millennial who had no social skills & was yelling at the concerned family & very nasty & couldn't care less about respecting the patient's wishes. The nurses give unnecessary amounts of lethal & controversial medication making patients very UNCOMFORTABLE. My loved one was completely ignored when requesting to be positioned in ways that would make the patient more comfortable & instead just given more drugs. My loved one wanted to leave the facility & the nurses refused to let my loved one leave because they claimed she needed tons of drugs which she wasn't on before & the drugs couldn't be administered outside of their facility (loved one held against will). Visiting friends thought the way patient was man-handled by nurses was abusive & repulsive & it was so embarrassing for the family to have people visit because of the horrible nursing staff. Staff left patient with private parts exposed on the bed & disrespectfully called patient 'sweetie' - showing great disrespect & lack of care & taking away DIGNITY of patient. Nurses didn't view patient as being 'human' because of patient's illness & didn't value patient's life. Family members had to argue with nurses for better care & to leave their care & loved one always seemed to take huge turns for the worse after getting lots of injections from the nurses (100+) & huge doses of drugs. Outside pharmacist briefed on the issue said it was gross mismanagement of heavy duty drugs. Agrace claim they only care about 'quality' of life and not 'quantity' but consider what that means prior to entering any agreement. Nurses really pushing no treatment, no care & death for patient (to save Medicare money). Nurses acted so excited upon the death of patient as if they had won the lottery! Nurse even sent written message to the family about how 'happy' the nurse was that the patient died - very alarming, twisted & disgusting. Received 100+ condolences & Agrace were the only ones to express 'happiness' at my loved one's death. Disgusting place, anti-Christian values & immoral.
