A salesperson keeps calling and won't take my word...

A salesperson keeps calling and won't take my word as Office Manager that WE ARE NOT interested in what they are offering. I was just told that until he can talk to someone with a title they will keep calling back. I have talked to someone with a title and know WE STILL are not interested. I don't trust a company that can't email info to someone. PLEASE DO NO CALL anymore.
